Please note that we only begin to process your orders when we receive full payment from you. 

We will get back to you as soon as we can after receiving the emails.

You can email us your design and we will contact you on your requirements. 

It will take more time for us to process this as usually we personalized gifts using our own designs.

You will receive your order in around 2-3  weeks. Hence, do plan early. Orders are generally replied within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are processed after confirmation on artwork if applicable and process within the 2 weeks. 

Please then allow a further 2-5 business days as applicable in your shipping option for this for it to reach you.

This service proposition is matched or exceeded in the majority of occasions throughout the year. 

Note that orders with purchased that are seasonal, may take longer to be received.
